When people think of intimate, monogamous relationships, homosexuality is generally not the first thought, but because of gay and lesbian activist organizations, the celebrities (or people of notoriety) coming out, and the growing acceptance from the general public, it is gaining recognition and popularity. In addition, there are the scientific discoveries surrounding homosexuality and our own personal opinions. Regardless of all this, homosexuality continues to be controversial and a confusing subject. Why is there so much controversy around who someone sleeps with?
